Unlike many consulting services we do not have a set fee.  Our fee is determined by the value that we will bring to your organization. Our process begins by establishing a relationship with our client.  We discuss and determine with the client what are their wants, needs, ideas and goals.  From our conversations we then will create a proposed plan as to how to accomplish our client's needs and determine the value of our services with our client.  These services are more than an immediate solution but are an investment into your future. Our clients come away not only with resolution and solutions, but tools and capabilities to manage and resolve future conflicts and disputes.

While many dispute professionals only deal with conflict at a crisis point, we take a holistic approach to conflict, and are able to address it at any stage of its' life cycle. Thus we have the ability to examine conflict and identify its sources, and manifestations on its many complex levels.  Some of our services include:

• Identifying and Analyzing- We offer a deep study into your conflict.  We will apply current theories and strategies to help analyze your conflict.
