Payments and Fees:

 Our services have different fees and billable hours. Please see below for any of our typical services that we offer. For any customizable services needed please contact us for a free initial assessment to discuss any unique services and billing. We do offer payment options depending upon the services. Costs of Mediation and Facilitation Services
The initial Mediation assessment is free. The actual Mediation fee is $150 per hour. Typically a session is an one to three hours. (Generally most conflicts can be resolved in one session.) This fee is divided between all parties.  There is a $100 fee assessed for the final written Memorandum of Understanding. All payments need to be made prior or on the day of the Mediation.  All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the mediation or $50 cancellation fee will be assessed to the canceling party. This fee structure also applies for on-line mediation services.

Facilitation Pricing is based off the amount of time, and needs. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

Consulting Fees:

Our consulting fees vary depending upon the packaging of services that you use. Typically if your organization is wanting our full consultation services which includes a deep conflict analysis, consultation of results and recommended solutions and our services, it is a $2,500 fee for the two weeks process, plus and traveling and lodging expenses.  Any services needed after the two weeks, will be negotiated depending upon the services needed. If a retainer is desired, please contact us and we will discuss pricing individually. Any follow-up consulting needs like monthly follow-ups, further training, and facilitation services will be billed at a rate $100 hr. plus traveling and lodging expenses.

Negotiating Services:

Our Negotiation services are billed two categories: Consulting, and Negotiating.

Consulting includes any coaching, feedback, preparation services that you have requested.  The fees are set like coaching: A free 30 minute session, and 50 dollars per hour session and an additional $25 for every additional 15 minutes there after with billing rounding up to the nearing 15 minute interval.

Negotiating includes any actual negotiating services which require our presence involving any role in the negotiation process, whether a supporting role, active participant, or as a third party neutral.  Our fees are $250 dollars per deim, which is paid by any of the hiring parties.
